Ingredients:
- 3-52 oz. cans pork and beans (drained)
- 2 pkg. bacon (cook and break into bits,reserve drippings)
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 1 med. bell pepper (diced)
- 6 celery sticks (diced)
- 1tsp. ground cloves
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation:
Cook onions, pepper and celery in bacon drippings. When done,drain off as much of the drippings as possible. Mix beans, cooked vegetables, cloves, sauce and mustard. Pour intolarge pan and bake at 325° F ( 160°C) for 1 -1/2 hours. Stir occasionally.
Ideal for parties or picnics.
