Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 c. rice ( long grain)
- 1 can beef bouillon soup
- 1/2 can ( 10 oz.) water
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 can french onion soup
Preparation :
Melt margarine in a dish. Stir in rice and coat well. Add soup and water. Cook covered at 325° F ( 175° C ) for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
