Ingredients:
- 5 fl. oz chilled dry sparkling white wine or champagne
- 1 tsp. blue Curacao
Preparation:
Pour the sparkling white wine into a champagne flute (glass). Slowly pour Curacao down the side of the fluted glass so that it settles at the bottom.
