Ingredients:
- 4cups tomato juice
- 2 bell peppers
- 4 to 6 stalks celery
- 2 large tomatoes (or 1 large stalks celery)
- 1 onion
- 3 cucumbers
- 2 tbs. vegetable oil
- 2 tbs wine vinegar
- 1 dash each garlic powder, salt, pepper, tobasco, to taste
Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces. Pour tomatoe juice into large container that has a lid. Add chopped vegetables, seasoning, oil and vinegar. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Serve cold.
