Alcohol Beverages

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white raisins
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ tsp. ground cardamon
  • 2 shakes cinnamon
  • 2 shakes ground cloves
  • 1 tsp. whole cloves
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 pt. port wine
  • 1 pt. whiskey

Preparation:

Place whole cloves in a tea ball. place all ingredients exept liqueor in a saucepan. Boil all together 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 1 pint port wine and 1 pint whiskey to mixture. Heat until it just barely comes to a boil. Serve in demitasse cup. Keeps warm well in a crockpot.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 bottles red wine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon studded with cloves
  • 3-4 lemon studded with cloves
  • 2-3 orange slices
  • 1 tea bag gluhfix (opt.)

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together in saucepan. Simmer for 2-3 hours. Do not boil.

Ingredients:

  • 5 fl. oz chilled dry sparkling white wine or champagne
  • 1 tsp. blue Curacao

Preparation:

Pour the sparkling white wine into a champagne flute (glass). Slowly pour Curacao down the side of the fluted glass so that it settles at the bottom.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 4 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup rum
  • ½ cup brandy
  • ½ cup wiskey
  • ½ whipped heavy cream
  • Nutmeg or coffee ground

Preparation:

In a large pot wisk together 2 egg yolks and ⅓ cup sugar until combined and heated through. Stir costantly. Then add ¼ teaspoon salt and milk. heat through; do not boil. Remove from heat. In a small bowl beat egg whites until stiff, then slowly add 3 tablespoons sugar. Stir into heated mixture. Add vanilla and alcohol; chill. Before serving, add whipping cream to mixture. Sprinkle each serving with nutmeg or coffee ground. recipe can be doubled.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 (750 ml.) bottle champagne or spumante
  • 1 (250 ml.) bottle semi-dry white wine
  • 1 cup absolute vodka
  • 1 cup simple syrup (½ water ½ sugar boiled)
  • 2 cups strawberry halves
  • 2 cups kiwi slices
  • 1 cup seedless white grapes

Preparation:

Chill all alcohol well. Combine all ingredients in loosely covered cotainer. Refrigerate 4 hours or more. Storing overnight will cause fruits to soften and sacrifice some quality.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can orange juice
  • 1 can apple juice
  • 1 can pina colada
  • 1 can strawberry daiquiri
  • 6 pack ginger ale or Sprite

Preparation:

Mix about 15 minutes before serving. Use ice ring if possible for bottom of punch bowl.

Ingredients:

  • 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice
  • 2 cups strong cold tea (black)
  • 2 (28 oz.) bottles ginger ale
  • Rum (to taste)

Preparation:

Prepare lemonade and orange juice as directed. Pour over ice in punch bowl. Add tea; mix well. Add cold ginger ale. Garnish with lemon and orange slices. Mix well with rum.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can frozen concentrated Bacardi strawberry daquiri mix
  • 2 cans frozen concentrated citrus Five Alive
  • 3 qt. ginger ale

Preparation:

Put concentrates in punch bowl; add ginger ale and stir. Can addmore ginger ale. Also with cranberry ginger ale.

Ingredients:

  • ½ gal. white wine (zinfandel)
  • 4 cans 7-Up
  • 2 bottles ginger ale
  • 4 lg. cans frozen Limeade
  • 2-3 cans water
  • lemons

Praparation:

Chill wine, 7-Up and ginger ale. Mix all ingredients together and garnish with frozen ice ring and lemons.

Ingredients:

  • 1750 ml. bottle red wine
  • ½ gal. orange juice
  • ½ lb. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. allspice

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients exept wine in a large pot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add wine. Heat for 5-10 minutes or until hot.
